The Spring Junking Trail is this Saturday! There are almost double the stops as last time, here is our second post all about North County, including the where the local pop-ups are! Time to plan your route for the day:

Come in and experience Time Since Remembered's version of cottage living. They love all things vintage and therefore are always on the lookout for those one-of-a-kind items. They carry vintage and new furniture, home accessories and gifts--also featuring works by several local artisans such as jewelry, paintings, pillows, furniture, etcetera. Rhonda's Relics has been in business since June 2014! Expect to find vintage, eclectic, fun, whimsical gift items and home & garden decor. They also feature locally handmade totes and jewelry---and lots of artwork from local artists including their resident artist, Claudia Mapes.

Olalabella is two sisters on an adventure: one beautifying hair and one peddling vintage wares. Loving all things vintage, handmade, foraged, and found--with a particular weakness for Mid-Century Modern, 50's kitsch, and industrial finds.
POP-UP: Revamped
Revamped is a blend of restyled vintage pieces, new pieces dreamed up from reclaimed materials, and some great finds that are perfect "as found". We have a passion for repurposing to create unique furnishings & decor and more importantly, to find another use for something that might have otherwise been added to a landfill! With a soft spot for anything old and well crafted, we've added some beautiful vintage slips, dresses, shoes and accessories to our repertoire. Feelin' a little Spring fever? We'll also scratch your itch to test out your green thumb with terrariums, moss gardens and potted succulent containers.

Hi!! My name is Meghan Hoetker and I sell LuLaRoe -- clothing that's (mostly) made in California! I will have a leggings bin available at Olalabella all day, and I also have a pop-up boutique in Morro Bay, at 535 Mimosa St. from 10a-12p. I can't WAIT to meet you and show you these cute clothes!

For the past 12 years, The Cottage has been a purveyor of found goods with an emphis on the unexpected. Owner Sandi is always looking around the corner for the next great find, whether it be a vintage dresser with the best chippy paint, a rusty cart with just the right patina, or a custom slipcovered vintage chair--she loves it all! Blended Charm is a NEW store open only since February 2015! They have a blend of eclectic, vintage, whimsical gift items, furniture & home decor. Spearhead Coffee is a new cafe and roasting-works located in downtown Paso Robles. They' are committed to roasting the best coffees in the world that are ethically sourced. They also offer freshly baked pastries baked daily in-house!

The Junking Trail: South

Next Saturday, April 18th is the Spring Junking Trail! There are almost double the stops as last time, and we'd like you introduce them to you--in two parts. This first post is all about South County and SLO town (we'll head north next!), including the where the local pop-ups are!

THE GREEN VASE: 200 Nelson Street, Arroyo Grande, 93420

The Green Vase has been doing business since 1998 in Arroyo Grande. Owner, Connie, tries to have things in her store that are artistic, sometimes odd or unusual, beautiful, ethinic, and always with patina and character. Finding the items is the best part and she always loves it when a customer finds something they love!

VILLA ROSSA ANTIQUES: 815 Printz Road (IN THE BARN), Arroyo Grande, 93420

A little barn shop, Villa Rossa Antiques, opened back in 2009, selling vintage and rustic home goods. It is located on 5 acres and only has 2 sales a year, both of which are The Junking Trail. Come see the goats, horses, and chickens!

RetroSLO sells VINTAGE ON THE CHEAP! I am in love with all things vintage. I sell as a pop up store, often with trailer in tow. I have so many items from all eras, mix and match! $5 each or three for $10.

Junking Trail: Along the Trail

In addition to trekkin' your way through vintage stops throughout San Luis Obispo County, we have some shops joining us Along the Trail--offering all sorts of events and items to bolster your journey. HAPPY GO SMILE

Owner Barbara brings her overflowing personality to her Cayucos store: it's a place to eat cupcakes, attend painting classes, shop, and leave with a smile! In addition to the store, Susan Branch will be there from 10-12p Saturday for a book signing. We've collaborated with Susan in the past--she's always been a true junker and a natural fit for the Trail!
 
THE MERCANTILE, FEATURING CATTANEO BROS.

950 Chorro St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401

Informally San Luis Obispo's general store, owner Katelyn features local products and artisans in her new downtown store. Varying from specialty and gourmet foods to jewelry, home decor and custom gift packs, the Mercantile is an essential Holiday gift stop. Bring old containers and/or vintage gifts to make your own gift baskets bulked with local goods!


HUCKLEBERRY MARKET

1335 Walker St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401

We are so happy to see our old location on Walker Street looking better than ever under the care of owners Carla and Karen. They have created a part florist, part gift shop, part art residency in Huckleberry Market, offering incredible workshops throughout the year. For the Trail on November 8th, they will have a spot to make your own terrariums! Collect vintage littles from your trek to add to these living creations!


SALLY LOO'S WHOLESOME CAFE

We've been in cahoots with the Manueles since they opened Sally Loo's five years ago. The cafe is full of deliciousness--local, organic, and seasonal fare. Not mention their great coffee from Four Barrel roasters. This is the spot to get fueled (or re-fueled) to keep you junking all Saturday!
