This year has already been amazing! With new goals for the year, we have put road trips at the top of the priority list. We have logged some miles and have made some really fun memories. We've listed a few favorites below.
Alameda Flea-hands down favorite! Not only do they have everything you'd ever want or need, but they also have the best food trucks ever!!
The High Noon Western Show in Mesa Az.-we have some friends that are the rock stars of this show (my opinion as well as others). It happens once a year and is was so worth the trip if you love authentic western goods.
This is not a flea market and there are not deals, though the prices are in line to market value. This wasn't a trip for resale but rather for looking and learning. I did bring home some earrings and a pair of moccasin boots that I bought from Mary Emmerling (more on that later).
We also highjacked some tumbleweed that I had wanted to use for a display coming up. The mister wasn't thrilled but he played along!
On the way home, we drove through Joshua Tree, stayed nearby at the Roughley bed and breakfast in 29 Palms and hit some thrift stores nearby.
Next time you are on a road trip... I sure hope you can stop in Utah at our little shop... Lost and Found (Vintage, Collectables, Antiques and thrift) We are located in Bountiful, Utah. Just 15 mins north of Salt Lake City. The best place to check us out is: https://www.facebook.com/utahthrift?ref=hl
